Job Title: Legal Analyst Project Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Work mode :100% on-site

Contract/Full time: Contract

Duration: 6 months (possible extension)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Analyst Project Manager to support our legal and compliance initiatives. This role combines legal research, the development of executive-level presentations, and project management. The ideal candidate will have prior consulting experience as well as exposure to legal worksuch as experience in a law firm or legal project managementbut does not need to be a licensed attorney. Strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Research & Analysis

oConduct research on laws, regulations, and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.

oSummarize findings into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

Executive Presentation Development

oCreate high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive briefings and board meetings.

oTranslate complex legal and regulatory concepts into visually engaging, easy-to-understand formats.

Reporting & Communication

oPrepare reports and updates for leadership, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

oCommunicate effectively across all levelsupward, downward, and laterally.

Project Management

oManage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for legal and compliance projects.

oCoordinate across teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field (legal exposure preferred)

Prior consulting experience as well as exposure to legal work (e.g. experience in a law firm, managing legal projects, or in compliance environments)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation building.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience with educational institutions, startups, or joint ventures.

Familiarity with governance, compliance frameworks, or intellectual property issues.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving.

Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.

Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
