Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of robust software solutions using ASP.NET Web Forms, SQL Server, and jQuery, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
• Optimize SQL performance through tools such as SQL Profiler and Execution Plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate workflow and business logic integration.

• Mentor junior engineers and promote software development best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to behavioral health technology.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality across delivered solutions.
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Proven experience (10+ years) in software engineering. Prior experience in healthcare is a plus.
• ASP.NET Web Forms: Advanced development and maintenance of web-based applications.
• C#.NET: Expertise in building scalable software solutions.

• SQL Server: Strong skills in database design, management, and performance tuning.
• jQuery: Proficiency in client-side scripting for dynamic web applications.
• SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services): Experience in developing and maintaining reports.
• Software Engineering Best Practices: Deep understanding of agile methodologies, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD), and software testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product management and other teams.
• Experience in cloud-based solutions, particularly Azure DevOps, is a plus.
