Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development Support

• Identify potential customers in automotive, electrical, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
  
• Generate inquiries through online platforms, references, and market outreach.
  
• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
  

2. Product Promotion

• Promote molded rubber components, seals, gaskets, O-rings, and custom-engineered parts.
  
• Prepare product presentations, technical brochures, and marketing materials.
  
• Highlight manufacturing strengths, quality systems, and customization capabilities.
  

3. Digital & Online Marketing

• Manage website updates, product listings, and SEO optimization.
  
• Run campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).
  
• Execute email marketing campaigns for customer engagement.
  

4. Market Research & Analysis

• Study competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments.
  
  
• Identify new market segments and applications for polymer products.
  
• Provide insights for strategic planning.
  

5. Exhibition & Customer Engagement

• Coordinate participation in trade fairs, industrial exhibitions, and client visits.
  
• Develop pre- and post-event marketing communication.
  
• Build strong relationships with OEMs and distributors.
  

6. Branding & Communication

• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  
• Create case studies, technical articles, and application-based content.
  
• Support export marketing with catalogs and digital presentations.
  

7. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track leads, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
  
• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
  
• Monitor ROI on promotional activities.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and industrial products.

Preferred candidate profile

• B2B / industrial marketing, preferably in rubber, polymer, or manufacturing industry.
  
• Good understanding of industrial products such as molded components, seals, and gaskets with ability to explain applications to customers.
  
• Experience in lead generation through digital platforms, B2B portals, and coordination with sales teams for conversion.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and market research skills with ability to prepare marketing materials and reports.
  
• Proficient in MS Office, basic digital marketing tools, and willing to travel for client meetings
