Job Description

Strive Partners is hiring for a global saas product based company based in Singapore.
Position - VP Sales (South East Asia/APAC)
Location - Bangalore/Singapore/Hong Kong
Job overview:
The VP Sales will lead revenue growth across the South East Asia region, driving new customer acquisition and expansion of key accounts. This role focuses on building and executing the regional sales strategy, creating a strong sales pipeline, and consistently achieving quarterly and annual targets through close collaboration with internal teams and senior customer stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales ownership: prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and deal closure


- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets from new and existing accounts
- Build and manage strategic account plans for enterprise customers
- Forecast sales, track pipeline health, and report performance to leadership
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and delivery teams
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred); strong experience can offset formal education

- 12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in IT products/platforms
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services domain (Life, Health, or P&C preferred)
- Exposure to automation, low-code, BPM, or enterprise software platforms
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently conduct product and business demonstrations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and forecasting skills
