Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly close and quarter-end financial reporting for multiple investment fund entities.
- Strong understanding of both open-end and closed-end funds, including their accounting structures, capital activity, and reporting requirements.
- Record and review GL transactions including their accounting structures, capital activity, and reporting requirements.
- Prepare financial statements, investor capital activity reports, fund performance metrics, and IRR calculations.
- Record and review GL transactions, including complex multi-entity allocation journal entries.
- Prepare and review account and bank reconciliations and capital allocation schedules.
- Support investment and debt reporting, cash management, and treasury activities.
- Assist with management fee calculations, financial covenant reporting, and tax reporting.
- Respond to investor reporting requests and resolve financial reporting discrepancies.
- Prepare audit schedules and collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
