Role Overview

We're looking for a Data Platforms & AI Product Manager to lead the charge in how Styli captures, analyzes, and uses data to shape every experience from homepage to checkout.

You'll be the brain behind our data instrumentation, experimentation, and AI integrations ensuring that our platforms are humming, our funnel is optimized through experimentation, and our AI tools are driving real impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own Data Instrumentation Platforms
2. Lead implementation, maintenance, and evolution of data tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Looker, and more.
3. Drive cross-functional instrumentation standards to ensure consistent, accurate, and actionable data flows across all products.
4. Partner with engineering and analytics teams to ensure seamless tagging and data pipeline hygiene across platforms.
5. Drive Experimentation-led Product Discovery
6. Own and evolve the experimentation platform and process for Styli
7. Set up and run A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve key funnel metrics.
8. Help teams adopt a test-learn-scale approach and bring scientific rigor to product decisions.

10. Partner with engineering, and business teams to integrate AI-driven solutions across businesses processes such as Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, etc..
11. Help evaluate AI vendors and internal tools, ensuring business and product alignment.

What We're Looking For

• 36 years of product management experience, ideally in a consumer-tech or e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of product analytics tools like GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.
• Experience setting up or managing experimentation platforms and running A/B tests.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations, especially in retail, fashion, or marketplace environments.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into product insights and strategy.
• Strong technical comfort enough to partner closely with data engineering and AI teams.
• A bias toward action, high ownership, and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
