Job Description

Deliver impactful productdemonstrations and presentations that emphasize solutions to critical businesschallenges, moving beyond basic feature walkthroughs.
Develop detailed, accurate responsesto RFPs and technical proposals.
Proactively scope and designtechnical solutions aligned with customer requirements, identifying unmet needsand recommending optimized solutions that maximize value for both the clientand Subex.
Engage all relevant stakeholderswithin client organizations to secure support and adapt solutions as necessary.
Monitor ongoing customer supportthroughout the sales process, promptly flagging potential risks to deal closureto sales and account teams.
Partner with the Sales team toidentify, develop, and close new business opportunities through clientmeetings, Proof of Concept (POC) resourcing, and business case development.
Represent Subex as a domain expertin Fraud Management in external forums, including customer presentations, whitepapers, blogs, conferences, and user groups.
Stay current on industry trends andmarket developments within Fraud Management.
Identify additional opportunitiesfor fraud-related services such as risk assessments, audits, operationalmaturity evaluations, and business/IT consulting in collaboration with salesand clients.
Support seamless knowledge transferto implementation teams post-order closure, ensuring successful solutiondelivery.
Achieve assigned targets forprofitable sales growth across assigned products, markets, channels, or teams.
AccountabilityAuthority:
Responsible for supporting orderintake targets and advancing stalled sales opportunities through innovativestrategies.
Ensure accuracy and quality ofproposals, and lead bid defense, product demonstrations, and POCs to success.
Empowered to determine the optimalapproach and technical solution for sales opportunities.
Authorized to assess and qualifysales opportunities based on customer needs and budget alignment.
Design solutions that meet customerrequirements within budget constraints.
Ensure compliance with proposedsolutions with client specifications and standards.

Deep understanding of telecomnetwork architectures, infrastructures, platforms, and operational processes.
Expertise in Fraud Management,including telephony fraud (fixed, mobile, IP), fraud analysis andinvestigations, prevention controls, and advanced detection techniques(AI/ML/analytics preferred).
ExperienceRequired:
5-8 years of experience in telecomservice providers (fixed, mobile, or cable), telecom solution vendors, orleading consultancies/systems integrators in presales or consulting roles.
3-4 years of demonstrable experiencein Fraud Management presales or consulting.
Proven experience implementing andintegrating Fraud Management solutions (processes and tools).
Experience leading large teams inprocess analysis, root cause identification, process redesign, implementation,and remediation of control issues.
Familiarity with leading FraudManagement tools and ability to work effectively with both technical andbusiness stakeholders.
Skilled at identifying and definingfraud-related business, technical, and functional requirements with clients.
Strong writing and presentationskills, capable of communicating complex findings to senior management.
