Global HR Head
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Human Resources to lead and execute our people's strategy in alignment with business goals. As a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, you will drive culture, talent transformation, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on all people-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company vision, business objectives, and growth plans.
- Drive change management and culture-building initiatives that support a high-performance, innovation-driven environment.
Talent Management & Development:
- Build and lead comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategies for top-tier AI and telecom talent.
- Develop leadership pipeline through effective succession planning, mentoring, and executive coaching programs.
- Lead performance management processes, aligning individual goals with organizational objectives.
Organizational Development:
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Design and execute initiatives around employee engagement, career development, and workforce planning.
- Implement agile HR practices to support scaling in global markets.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee HR operations, policies, compensation & benefits, and compliance across geographies.
- Leverage HR analytics and technology to drive decision-making and process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and practices in India and across global locations.
Experience & Qualifications:

- Proven track record in leading HR functions at scale in a dynamic, fast-paced, and transformation-driven environment.
- Postgraduate degree in HR / Business Administration / Organizational Psychology or related field.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a hands-on approach.
- Deep understanding of modern HR tech, talent analytics, and future-of-work trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience working in global/matrix organizations with multicultural teams.
