As a Principal Consultant Business & Solutions Consulting (Fraud Management Solutions), you will drive business growth by delivering high-impact, insight-driven presales consulting that bridges the gap between client needs and innovative FMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Sales to drive customer engagements, solution scoping, and order intake.

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailor-made presentations highlighting business value, not just product features.

- Design optimal technical solutions addressing client pain points in Fraud Management.

- Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Engineering, Delivery, and Product teams.

- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings as a Fraud Management Subject Matter Expert.

- Support seamless handovers from presales to implementation ensuring continuity and customer satisfaction.

What Were Looking For:

- 4+ years in telecom domain among which 3 - 4 years of experience in presales or consulting for Fraud Management solutions.

- Deep knowledge of telephony fraud (mobile, fixed, IP), fraud controls, investigations, and AI/ML-enabled detection methods.

- Demonstrated experience with leading FMS platforms and solution implementation.

- Strong consultative selling, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.

- Proven leadership in client-facing engagements and cross-functional collaboration.
