Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business & Inside Sales Executive with a strong understanding of business fundamentals and sales processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to drive revenue through structured inside sales efforts.
The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, disciplined, and capable of understanding customer pain points and converting leads into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
  • Generate, qualify, and manage leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
  • Understand customer requirements and propose relevant business solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to close deals
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and conversions
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
