Senior Vice President - Market Lead Wealth Management

Job Profile - Market Lead (Playing Captains Only responsible for Self Business targets & Team )
Budget - Upto 75 Lakhs Fixed Per annum Salary + Performance based incentives
Experience: 12 to 20+ years as a Wealth Manager, Private Banker, or Investment Advisor managing a book size of - 100 Crore+ AUM.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or MBA (Finance). Highly preferred: Qualified CA, CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).
Core Responsibilities:
- Hire, Train, Lead a team of Private Wealth RMs who will acquire HNI / UHNI Clients offering multi asset product recommended by the Group
- Drive Asset Under Management (AUM) growth by converting high-intent platform leads, self-sourcing prospects, and leveraging professional networks for Revenue Generation, AUM growth, New to Firm HNI Client Acquisition
- Excellent knowledge across basket of Wealth Management Product offering
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to map out client financial goals, liabilities, tax positioning, and risk appetites.
- Conduct regular (quarterly/semi-annual) portfolio performance reviews, monitoring drift from target allocations and managing behavioral tendencies during market volatility.
- Ensure absolute compliance with SEBI (Investment Advisers / Portfolio Managers) regulations and suitability norms.
- Collaborate with in-house tech, research, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and error-free digital transaction execution
