Market Lead Wealth Management - VP /SVP / Associate Director (15-25 yrs)

Key Responsibilities

Team building
Hiring and building a team of Private wealth managers through own reference, networking, Open market competitive hiring methodologies using Recruiters, HR Partners
Expected to build a team of 4-5 RMs with average salary above 30 Lakhs per annum and currently managing 50 Crore + of Investment AUM
Portfolio Advisory
- Construct and manage diversified portfolios involving Equity, Fixed Income, Real Estate Funds, and Structured Products.
- Alternative Investments: Drive penetration into high-yield alternatives, including Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC) funds, and Pre-IPO opportunities.
- New Client Acquisition: Leverage your existing network to onboard "New-to-Firm" clients with a focus on a minimum Ticket Size (AUM) of - 5 Cr - 25 Cr.
- Estate & Succession Planning: Collaborate with internal specialists to provide Trust services, Will drafting, and Tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of SEBI/RBI regulatory changes and global macro-economic trends to provide proactive "alpha-generating" advice.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5-12 years in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Premier Banking.
- A proven track record of managing an active AUM of - 200 Cr+ with high "stickiness" and deep client trust.
- Certifications: MBA (Finance), CA, or CFA (Level 2 or 3) is highly preferred. NISM Investment Adviser (Level 1 & 2) is mandatory.
