Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Record to Report (R2R) professional to manage end-to-end accounting activities including General Ledger, financial close, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in entity-level accounting, month-end close, and audit support, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) accounting processes.
  
• Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting activities.
• Prepare and post manual and automated journal entries.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial close and reporting.
• Review trial balance and investigate variances.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle intercompany accounting and intercompany reconciliations.
• Manage daily accounting operations and day-to-day finance activities.
• Perform entity-level accounting and monthly book closure.
• Support internal and external audits and address audit queries.
• Work within a shared services environment, ensuring process compliance.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and internal controls.

• Strong experience in R2R process handling from an accounting perspective.
• Hands-on expertise in General Ledger accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of journal entries and financial close processes.
• Strong understanding of balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
• Experience working in shared service environments.
• Audit experience with ability to manage audit requirements independently.
• Sound knowledge of day-to-day accounting and entity finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification

Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
