Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic HR aspirant to lead and evolve our people practices as we scale. This role will play a key part in driving recruitment and engagement initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in modern HR, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across functions (Technology, Product, Sales, marketing etc.)

- Partner with business leaders and Hiring Managers to understand talent needs and build effective hiring strategies

- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using headhunting, networking, and market mapping, sourcing campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter , leveraging professional communities and groups .

- Leverage Boolean search techniques and advanced filters to identify top talent across platforms

- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build and engage a strong leadership talent pipeline

- Manage candidate experience with a high-touch approach, ensuring timely communication and engagement

- Collaborate with external search partners and manage vendor relationships where necessary

- Provide market intelligence and insights to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning

- Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, providing advice and counsel on all HR matters, including employee development, and organizational design.

- Address employee concerns and issues by providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement.

- Promote employee engagement initiatives and provide insight into employee feedback to improve workplace culture.
Candidate Profile:
- Masters in HR with a strong academic credentials

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and interest in digital sourcing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Organized and detail oriented.

- Internship or project experience in HR, recruitment
