Finance Manager

We are looking for a finance manager with excellent organizational and analytical skills for the management of solar projects. Finance managers are expected to be detail-oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, have strong problem-solving skills, and an investigative nature.

To ensure success, finance managers should have a deep commercial awareness, strong numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of an organization.

Finance Manager- Role and Responsibility

• Sole responsible for planning, organizing, and executing financial tasks of projects.



• Fully responsible for raising Invoice/e-invoice, eway bill, Filing of Monthly/Qly GSTR1, 3B, ESI, PF, TDS returns etc.


• Preparation and finalization of P&L & Balance Sheet on time.


• Complete maintenances of warehouse stock register and site materials on daily basis.


• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)


• Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.


• Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.


• Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure risk involved and returns on investments.

Required Candidate profile

• Degree in finance/accounting or related.

• 3-5 years of work experience as a Finance Manager.


• Complete working knowledge on GST, TDS, ESI, PF, Debtors, Creditors & Bank reconciliation and raising Invoice/e-invoice, eway bill etc.


• Ability to work independently with bank and clients with all accounts related matter.


• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.


• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning software.
