Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team, including scheduling and performance management.
Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and safety.
Monitor sales, costs, inventory, wastage, and overall restaurant performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety regulations.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor staff productivity and provide training and coaching as required.
Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain efficient operations during peak hours.
Manage stock levels, ordering, receiving, and minimize food and operational waste.
