Role Overview :

The AD/Director - Lead Delivery Business is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the growth and profitability of Chaayos' online delivery channel. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the delivery business, from strategy development and execution to P&L management and team leadership. The incumbent will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and technology teams to optimize the customer experience, expand market reach, and achieve ambitious revenue targets. This role directly impacts Chaayos' ability to reach customers beyond its cafe footprint and solidify its position as a leading brand.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the online delivery business, aligning with overall company objectives and market trends.
• Manage the P&L for the delivery channel, ensuring profitability through effective cost management, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Drive online sales growth through effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.
• Optimize the delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market data and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance profitability and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with the technology team to enhance the online ordering platform and improve the overall customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including delivery partners and vendors.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L and drive revenue growth in a D2C or online sales environment.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful pricing strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of online delivery operations and customer experience optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and comfortable working in a 100% work from office setup based in Delhi NCR.
