Chaayos - Business Manager - Ghee & Turmeric

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Brand Business Head to lead the Ghee & Turmeric brand, drive online growth, and strengthen our market position across delivery platforms. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, operationally strong, and hands-on in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Online Business: Drive performance across aggregator platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) to achieve revenue, rating, and visibility targets.- Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and brand reach within the cloud kitchen segment.- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution and consistent brand experience.- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse business metrics, consumer insights, and platform analytics to guide key business decisions.

- Agile Execution: Implement new initiatives, campaigns, and product improvements with speed and ownership.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to deliver business outcomes.

Requirements:- 3-7 years of experience in managing online food delivery business, preferably in the F&B, cloud kitchen, or aggregator ecosystem.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data interpretation and performance analysis.
• Hands-on experience in driving P&L, pricing, promotions, and aggregator partnerships. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
