Chaayos - Key Account Manager - Ghee & Turmeric Segment

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the GnT platform business: run monthly Zomato and Swiggy reviews independently and own every channel P&L line.
• Deliver revenue against AOP while structurally reducing marketing and discounting intensity.
• Reallocate spend across cloud kitchen cohorts by efficiency and ROI: fund outlets that convert but aren't seen, and fix the funnel on outlets that are seen but don't convert.
• Own and upgrade the platform commercial construct with Zomato and Swiggy, and open the next channel on emerging platforms.
• Influence ops quality (ratings, delays, stockouts) with the GnT Ops Lead to drive platform visibility.
• Track competitor pricing, combos and visibility in the affordable North Indian meals category, and bring best practices into budget allocation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years in food-tech, e-commerce or quick-commerce, with at least 3 years owning a revenue line or P&L on aggregator platforms.
• Platform-side (Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto) or brand-side (QSR / cloud kitchen) experience, either works.
• Has personally owned a marketing budget for a category or channel.
• Understands platform allocation logic at a mechanical level: ingress points, cohort targeting, day-part logic, listing and menu design.
• Data-first and AI-native: forms their own view before the review and adopts the AI tooling the team builds.
