- As a Ground Staff member in the aviation industry, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of airports, airlines, and overall travel experience for passengers. Your responsibilities include assisting passengers with check-in processes, verifying travel documents, handling luggage, and ensuring security and safety protocols are followed.
