Job Description
- As an Online Customer Support Representative in a Voice/Chat process, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their inquiries, issues, or service requests. Your role will involve interacting with customers through various communication channels like voice calls or live chat, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with the company. The position is open to freshers and provides an excellent opportunity to start a career in customer service.
Provide high-quality customer support through voice calls, live chat, or other communication channels. Assist customers in resolving issues related to products, services, or technical queries promptly and professionally. Identify and understand customer concerns, ensuring they are addressed accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide step-by-step guidance to customers for resolving basic technical issues or operational difficulties. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams or supervisors when necessary. Ensure customers understand solutions and provide any follow-up information if needed.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers. Stay updated on the latest product information, updates, and troubleshooting steps to provide accurate support. Promote the company's products/services by highlighting their benefits when relevant to the customer's needs.
Deliver exceptional service that consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations. Ensure that customers feel valued, supported, and heard during each interaction. Handle customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system. Track customer queries and ensure that follow-ups are performed within the stipulated time. Submit regular reports on service performance, customer satisfaction, and feedback to management.
Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines to ensure consistency in service delivery. Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and security standards during all customer interactions.
