Job Description
At Super Smelters Limited, were hiring a Performance & Digital Marketing professional who can go beyond dashboards and deliver real impact.
Candidate Profile:
- 7 - 8 years of experience in Performance and Digital marketing
- Certification from Google or any premier institute on Digital Marketing
- Knowledge of Generative AI is compulsary
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Meta (Facebook & Instagram) LinkedIn (for B2B targeting)
- Drive lead generation campaigns with strong focus on CPL, CPA, and ROI
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales & brand teams
- Manage website performance (SEO basics, speed, UX improvements)
- Experience in Proper tagging, Pixels, and Tracking systems
