Executive - Legal @ Hyderabad

Main Purpose: Works in the Legal and Ethics & Compliance function, close interactions with Business Teams and Functional Heads

Roles & Responsibilities

• Must have good knowledge of variety of laws and maintain up to date knowledge of legislations and best practices in the industry;
• Draft, review and manage a wide range of Legal Documents and Agreements;
• Conduct Legal Research to support ongoing and future legal requirements;
• Must be good in analyzing in general;
• Generalist lawyer, with a flexible approach to work and strong sense of personal responsibility for action;
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (speak, read and write) with a demonstrated ability to communicate to a wide variety of business personnel, including external lawyers;
• 
  Lead and contribute as a member of cross-functional teams in supporting business goals;
• Visible Leadership Continually search for ways to improve and adapt to change;
• Information sharing Ensure people have access to information to do their job effectively;
• Excellent legal skills with an ability to apply business solutions to legal problems;
• Provide guidance to colleagues on Legal Compliance;

• Should have learning agility and drive to make the legal function a strategic player for the Company. Should have the drive to take on additional responsibilities;
• WIllingness to travel both domestic and international as per business need.

Qualification & Competencies

2-3 years post qualification experience with Degree in Law BA/LLB, BBA LLB with experience essentially in Contract Management, preferably in Corporate Environment.

Strong understanding of Contract Law. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
