Manager - Data Analytics

Main Purpose :

• Actively engage in the organizations Digital Transformation Roadmap, focusing on leveraging Data Analytics and AI/ML technologies.
• Developing and presenting reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights to drive successful execution of Digital Analytical Initiatives.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with data analysts, managers, and business leaders to understand their requirements and objectives

• Translating data-driven insights into clear and concise business recommendations and strategies
• Developing and presenting reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all reports and presentations
• Training and mentoring business teams on data interpretation and usage to drive informed decision-making
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our data translation processes

Required Skill set

• Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView

• Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts for diverse audience

Qualification & Competencies

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field Experience
• Post Qualification : 5 to 7 years of experience in a data-driven role, with at least 2 years in a translation or liaison capacity
