Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician located in Hosur. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, providing on-site field service, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. The role will include daily travel to various customer locations to address service requests and ensure operational safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Maintenance & Repair of equipment
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to quickly and effectively identify and resolve technical issues
• Proficiency in performing on-site Field Service tasks
