Job Description

    As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for various key aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, recruitment, HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, and process improvement. Your primary responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and Non-IT roles, sourcing candidates from various channels, conducting initial screenings and interviews, and facilitating smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
    In addition, you will be tasked with maintaining and updating HR records and employee databases, handling employee documentation and exit formalities, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and implementing HR best practices. You will also play a crucial role in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, supporting performance appraisal processes, addressing employee queries and grievances, and organizing training and development programs as required.
    Furthermore, you will be expected to develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures, identify and implement improvements in HR processes to enhance efficiency, and collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3 to 5 years of HR experience across IT and Non-IT sectors. Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and talent management is essential, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle confidential data with discretion.

    This is a full-time, permanent position based in Chakala, Mumbai, offering a salary package ranging from Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000 per month. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund, with a day shift and morning shift schedule. As part of the application process, you will be required to provide details regarding your HR experience, current and expected CTC, notice period, and willingness to work at the Noida, UP office.
