Airline Ground Staff

Passenger Handling

Greeting passengers, verifying travel documents (tickets, passports), checking in baggage, issuing boarding passes, and managing the boarding process at the gate.

Customer Service

Providing flight information and updates, resolving passenger queries and complaints, and offering special assistance to minors, elderly, or disabled passengers.

Baggage & Ramp

Tagging, sorting, loading, and unloading passenger baggage and cargo. Coordinating aircraft ground services (refueling, catering, cleaning), and marshalling/guiding the aircraft to and from the gate.

Ensuring strict compliance with airline and airport safety and security protocols, and assisting with passenger/baggage security checks.

Coordination

Maintaining clear and effective communication with the flight crew, air traffic control, and other airport departments to ensure an on-time turnaround.

• Education: Minimum 10+2 (High School Diploma) or equivalent; a diploma/degree in Aviation or Hospitality is often preferred.

  Skills: Excellent communication (English fluency is typically mandatory), strong customer service and problem-solving abilities, and basic computer literacy.

• General: Professional appearance, willingness to work rotational shifts (nights, weekends), and physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.
