Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Lead - AI & Agentic Systems, located in Ahmedabad. The Tech Lead will oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven autonomous systems. Responsibilities include leading the engineering team, creating and implementing agent-based systems, ensuring integration with enterprise apps, and mentoring team members. The candidate will work closely with the product and leadership teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and innovative implementation of the Autonomous Enterprise vision.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering
• Strong experience in Python and FastAPI for backend development
• Working knowledge of AI/LLM-based systems or Agentic AI frameworks
  
• Frontend development experience using ReactJS and Next.js
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments
• Familiarity with Azure services (storage, containers, app services)
• Strong understanding of RDBMS and SQL
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Basic understanding of microservices and distributed system concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to guide junior developers and contribute to technical discussions

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI and Agentic AI applications
• Build scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Develop interactive UI components using ReactJS
• Implement microservices and containerize using Docker
• Support deployment on Kubernetes and Azure cloud
• Integrate backend systems with databases securely and efficiently
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation and DevOps automation
• Participate in architecture discussions and design reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and support code quality improvements
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams
