Role & responsibilities
- PLC Programming & Commissioning -Develop, test, and implement PLC programs for New Machines.
- HMI Integration -Design and integrate user-friendly HMI machine operation and monitoring .
- Troubleshooting & Debugging Resolve software or control -related issues during trails.
- Documentation & Backup -Maintain updated PLC logic diagrams ,HMI files, and backups for each machine as per department standards.
- Cross -Functional Coordination -Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams to ensure proper I/O mapping and control flow.

- Cycle Time Optimization -Continuously improve logic to reduce machine cycle time by at least 10% without affecting.
Compliance & safety Standards Ensure all control systems meet safety norms and electrical compliance guidelines during machine development.
