Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. To handle all line quality issues and take actions on the repeated issue
2. Conduct SPC , MSA, Process & Product audit as per plan
3. Handle to customer (SMG, Aisin) for all the issues and provide the data which is required by the customer
4. Good knowledge of VSA & MACE audit
5. Conduct and verify the setup approvals reports and line documents Like- FIS, OPS, SOP etc.
6. To conduct red bin meeting and do brain storming with production team for rejection analysis
7. To prepared PPT, 8D, 5W2H, A3 for any internal and external complaints
8. Candidate must knowledge of 5 core tools and 7QC tools
Preferred candidate profile
1. Handle to SMG and Aisin customer
2. Good Communication skill
3. Work experience on excel and PPT
