Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Incoming inspection of all receiving material as per the inward quality plan.
2. Supplier PDI reports verification with material test certificate
3. To handle line issue for any BOP related issue
4. Supplier communication by mail for any supplier issue
5. Calculate supplier PPM and send to purchase team monthly
6. Conduct supplier audit as per the plan and maintain the file with NC closure reports
7. Conduct third party test as per plan.
8. Conduct layout of all child parts
9. To handle and uses of all type of instrument like- Profile projector, height gauge, micro meter, plating tester etc.

Preferred candidate profile
1. All Supplier quality assurance activity conduct.
2. Must knowledge of excel and PPT
3. Must have a knowledge of HES, Drawings, PPAP, etc.
4. Candidate are working with HMSI, HERO and SMG customer.
