Job Description
- As a SAP PP-VC (Variant Configuration) Functional Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in understanding product modeling and configuration within the SAP system. Your responsibilities will include clearly comprehending business requirements and collaborating closely to meet these needs. It is essential for you to have a strong grasp of SAP PP concepts and other integrated modules to excel in this position.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement SAP VC (Variant Configuration) for given products in the SAP system.
- Utilize your expertise with at least 2 years of experience in SAP VC (Variant Configuration) and a total of 5+ years in SAP PP (Production & Planning) module.
- Configure VC by creating new characteristics, classes, dependencies, variant functions, variant tables, etc.
- Integrate Variant Configuration with key business processes like Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Costing.
- Demonstrate proficiency in understanding organizational business processes and core application environments.
- Manage all life cycles of implementing SAP PP-VC solutions.
- Lead at least 1 end-to-end SAP PP-VC implementation project for a customer.
- Utilize technical skills and creativity to solve problems effectively.
- Communicate efficiently and collaborate in a cross-cultural environment.
- Interact with business teams, prepare user manuals, and provide training to business process owners.
- Support go-live preparation and post-go-live activities.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
