Job Description

As a member of our team in Pune, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality software solutions to meet business requirements. Your responsibilities will include participating in team prioritization discussions with Product/Business stakeholders, estimating and owning delivery tasks, automating build and operational processes, driving code/design/process trade-off discussions, reporting status and managing risks, driving integration of services, performing demos/acceptance discussions, and constantly working to improve operational and engineering experience and metrics in your ownership area.
You will be expected to develop a complete understanding of end-to-end technical architecture and dependency systems, drive adoption of technology standards and frameworks, review coding, test, and automation work of team members, identify opportunities to improve overall processes, and promote waste reduction. Your expertise is required in the .Net Tech Stack, including API Development, SQL Server DB, and Windows Services. You should also be familiar with secure coding standards and vulnerability management.
