Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Collection Manager located in Agra. The Area Collection Manager will oversee and manage the collections process for the assigned area, ensuring timely payments, developing collection strategies, and maintaining relationships with borrowers. The role involves monitoring team performance, setting targets, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations. The manager will also analyze collection data, address escalated cases, and provide regular reports to senior management to drive improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Collection Management, Debt Recovery, and Loan Repayment Monitoring
  • Experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Compliance Adherence

  • Proven skills in Team Management, Target Setting, and Performance Evaluation
  • Excellent Problem-Solving, Negotiation, and Communication skills
  • Organizational capabilities to manage large-scale portfolios and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Understanding of financial products, lending practices, and NBFCs or banking sector experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced qualifications preferred
  • Willingness to relocate or commute to Agra for on-site assignments
