We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Audit Executive to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audits across various departments, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and providing insights to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits as per the audit plan.
2. Analyze financial statements, records, and processes to identify discrepancies and areas of improvement.
3. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory regulations.
4. Prepare and present detailed audit reports with observations, findings, and actionable recommendations to the management.
5. Collaborate with department heads to implement audit recommendations and follow up on their progress.
6. Perform risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop preventive strategies.
7. Assist in the preparation of annual audit plans and policies.
8. Maintain and update audit documentation for future reference.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/ICWA certification is a plus).
