Job Description
- As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting detailed financial and credit analysis to evaluate the creditworthiness of the company. This involves analyzing financial statements such as the balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow, along with assessing various ratios like liquidity, leverage, profitability, efficiency, and coverage ratios. Additionally, you will evaluate collateral strength and covenant compliance for both secured and unsecured funding.
Your role will also involve preparing funding proposals, credit reports, and investor presentations for banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. It is essential to structure loan and investment proposals in alignment with the company's financial objectives. You will be required to present financial insights and funding strategies to senior management, lenders, and investors, as well as collaborate with financial institutions to negotiate interest rates, loan terms, and funding structures.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for identifying financial risks and proposing mitigation strategies. Monitoring debt servicing, cash flow projections, and funding utilization will be crucial aspects of your job. Ensuring compliance with banking regulations, RBI norms, and investment policies is essential. You will also need to stay updated on industry trends and macroeconomic factors that may impact funding decisions.

In this role, cross-functional coordination is key. You will work closely with finance, treasury, audit, and legal teams to align funding strategies and support due diligence and financial modeling for potential investments. Additionally, you will assist in negotiations for credit lines, working capital loans, and structured finance deals.,
