Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst at Surya Roshni. The Business Analyst will gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across functions, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and operational realities. Daily responsibilities include mapping and improving business processes, performing data-driven analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and preparing clear reports and presentations for leadership. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, supporting the design and implementation of new systems or enhancements, and monitoring performance metrics to recommend continuous improvements. The Business Analyst will also help bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring that changes are well-understood, feasible, and effectively communicated.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
