Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist role is a full-time remote position responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Surya Roshnis online marketing initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, the specialist will manage social media campaigns, coordinate digital advertising, and develop content tailored to target audiences across platforms. The role involves monitoring web analytics and campaign performance, preparing reports, and using data insights to refine strategies and improve engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align digital activities with broader marketing objectives, support product launches, and maintain consistent brand messaging. This position also requires staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly in the lighting and manufacturing sectors.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple channels.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, with experience managing brand presence, engagement, and paid promotions on major social platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data from tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms and translate insights into action.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
