Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Reservations Executive. The Reservations Executive will manage booking requests, modify reservations, and ensure all guest inquiries are attended to with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service, upselling hotel offerings, maintaining updated records, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with guests and resolve inquiries
• Expertise in Reservations and Customer Satisfaction to handle booking processes and meet guest expectations

  Get Hired
  Sales proficiency to promote additional services and upsell hotel packages when appropriate
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a high-speed hospitality environment
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with reservation management systems
• Previous experience in a reservations or hospitality role is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and/or other languages is a plus
