About the job
We seek a dynamic and experienced Clinical Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical practice and healthcare technology and will be responsible for defining and driving the development of our clinical software products. The Clinical Product Owner will work closely with stakeholders, including clinicians, developers, and product managers, to ensure our products meet the needs of healthcare providers and patients.
Key Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer, translating clinical needs into product requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and accurate product features and enhancements delivery.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback from clinicians and other stakeholders to inform product development.
• Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing clear guidance and feedback to the development team.
• 
  Stay upto date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our products remain competitive and compliant.
• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert, providing guidance on clinical workflows, protocols, and standards.
• Coordinate and conduct product training sessions for internal teams and external users.
  

Role Competency

• Knowledge of CT/Medical Imaging domain preferred
• Strong Knowledge of Healthcare is a must

Qualifications
Qualifications:

• B.E in Computer Science or M.E in Medical Software / Imaging Technologies / Software Engineering
• 8+ years of clinical experience, with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient care processes
• At least 2 years of experience in requirements analysis and translation into software architecture and design preferably in Imaging Systems products
• Strong knowledge of software development and design in object-oriented methodologies, architectural & design patterns and Microsoft Technologies
• Good to have high level technical knowledge as a Product owner / Business Analyst for high level triaging / prioritization
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills and influencing skills.
• Previous experience in a product owner or product management role within a healthcare technology company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent is a plus.
