Job Description

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for being the primary contact point for employee inquiries in the USA and APAC regions. Your duties will include updating and managing HR systems with personnel information, absence records, and employee documentation. You will also play a crucial role in supporting global mobility initiatives, such as visa services and relocation coordination. Additionally, ensuring compliance with local regulations and collaborating with stakeholders for smooth HR operations will be part of your key responsibilities.

To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration. Excellent English communication skills are essential, and familiarity with HR systems and global mobility practices would be advantageous.
In the capacity of an HR Data Analyst, your primary task will involve developing and overseeing HR analytics dashboards for the USA, Europe, and APAC regions. Your role will entail analyzing engagement surveys, performance indicators, and rewards schemes. Conducting predictive analytics to provide insights for talent management strategies will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be expected to support data-driven decision-making in total rewards processes.

To be considered for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, HR, or a related field. Proficiency in data visualization tools, analytics software, and HR analytics is required to excel in this role.
Both positions offer full-time, permanent employment with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule may involve rotational shifts, including US shifts, with the job location being on-site in Chennai, India.,
