Objective
To enhance organic visibility, brand awareness, and social media engagement that directly contributes to course enrolments for the companys Cybersecurity programs. The specialist will position the website and social channels as trusted, student-friendly platforms for cybersecurity learning.
Key Outcome Expected
- Growth in organic website traffic from relevant cybersecurity keywords.
- Consistent course sign-ups and student conversions from SEO & SMO efforts.
- Top rankings for high-intent keywords (e.g., cybersecurity courses online India).
- Strong social media presence and student engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Regularly published optimized content (blogs, landing pages, posts).
- Backlink and domain authority growth through ethical off-page strategies.
- Clear ROI reporting with actionable insights to improve performance.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking, organic traffic, and lead generation.
- Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building activities.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly content for blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and competitor strategies.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.) to promote L&D programs, products, and campaigns.
- Optimize social media profiles and posts for maximum reach and engagement.
- Develop creative campaigns for brand awareness, product launches, and training promotions.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a strong online community.
- Track social media metrics, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
- Monitor social trends and competitor activities in Cybersecurity to improve performance.
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns for Learning & Development courses, products, and services.
- Coordinate with the design and content team to develop creatives, videos, and promotional material.
- Use paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and report campaign performance with insights and recommendations.
- 24 years of experience in SEO, SMO, or Digital Marketing.
- SEO (On-page & Technical): keyword research, optimization, indexing, speed, schema, and mobile-friendliness.
- Off-Page SEO: link-building strategy, guest posting, digital PR, directory/listing submissions, influencer/community engagement, competitor backlink analysis.

- SMO: social media strategy, content calendar management, community growth, analytics.
- Content & Communication: Excellent content writing and copywriting skills (English; Hindi is a plus).
- Analytics: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs; ability to measure and act on insights.
- Conversion Focus: understanding of student lifecycle (awareness ? interest ? enrollment).
- Creative thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Experience in EdTech or promoting Learning & Development programs.
- Video editing & Canva/Photoshop skills.
- Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of Cybersecurity and IT product markets (advantageous).
