Walk-in Drive -Paint Production/Quality/Maintenance & Supplier Quality

Role & responsibilities

1. Paint Shop - Production:

• Knowledge of Paint shop Process - Pretreatment & CED, Sanding, Sealer, Topcoat, Bake & Repair,
• Correction/corrective action for abnormality in respective line
• Manpower handling and 4M change management
• Good knowledge of paint shop defects & countermeasures to improve production
  

2. Paint Shop - Quality:

• Knowledge of various paint shop testing like as DFT, Gloss, Empact resistance test, Cross cut MIBK
• Experts in Why-Why analysis,7 QC Tools & 4M, and Poka-Yoka
  
• Manpower handling and 4M change management

3. Paint Shop - Maintenance:

• Experts in Paint Shop Equipements & troubleshooting Overhead chain conveyor system, baking ovens, fan & pumps.
• Preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance & conditioning monitoring of Paint Shop Equipements
• PLC troubleshooting, Shot Blasting Machine, robotic and Electrostatic Guns Maintenance
• Monitor cycle time optimization efficiency and improve performance of various equipment's.

4. Supplier Quality in (Plastic Paint/Electrical/Fuel Pump/Sheet Metal):

• Supplier Quality Assurance- Plastic Paint/Electrical/Fuel Pump/Sheet Metal Parts Inspection like Fuel Pump, Fuel Pipe, Fuel tank, Fuel Hoses, Fuel Canister, switches, sensors, lamps, wiring harness, painted plastic parts and molded parts
• Root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation.

• Inspection skills in CMM, Roughness tester, Contours tracer, DFT tester, Vernier caliper, Height gauge
