Role & responsibilities
- Manage after-sales service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely resolution of complaints and issues.
- Improving customer success
- Increasing Vehicle Uptime
- Oversee warranty management, including claims processing, investigation, and settlement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support operations, focusing on technical services and spare parts management.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Index) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of technicians and engineers to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-10 years of experience in automobile aftermarket service or related field.
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization
- Proven track record of handling complex customer complaints and resolving them promptly with excellent communication skills.
