Job Description
:
- Coordination between three entities (India, Germany & Netherlands)
- Compliance under secretarial practices ( Board meeting, AGM, shareholder meeting etc)
- Maintaining Booking keeping including Forex cash flow etc and Banking activities for above mentioned entities
- To prepare, analyse and report on management accounting information,(MIS) monthly financials
- Reviewing weekly/monthly bank reconciliations and providing support as required
- Accounting knowledge of German GAP
- Fluent understanding (written and spoken) of German Language
- Basic financial knowledge of Cash flow and banking.
Education Requirements:CA / CPA with 10 years of experience or
- M.COM with 20 years of experience.
