Job Description
- Lead the overall Quality function of Multi plant organization to meet customer requirements by ensuring the required quality parts using various quality management systems.
- Responsibilities-
- #Process Quality-
- * Process capability improvements with Cross Functional Team
- * Improvement plans for Continuous reduction of COQ & COPQ
* Leading & Co-ordinating Internal Audit, Customer audit & Certification Body Audits. * Developing quality plans & ensuring quality assurance for equipment in manufacturing by inspection control in various stages, process control as per standard.
- #Supplier Quality Management-
- * Establishing / adhering Quality system at supplier end by periodical Audits (System & Process) /meetings / for ensuring Defect Free parts from suppliers.
- * Supplier quality rating monitoring, improvement project for supplier rating and Risk assessment for supplier evaluation as per Monthly Plan.
- * For establishing Zero defect Strategy by adhering 1st time right PPAP, Supplier process Improvement.
- * New supplier assessment (Potential Analysis)
- #Customer Complaint Management -
- * Customer complaints handling and submitting the CAPA.
- * Customer Returned Part Evaluation (Fitment / functional Issue, Zero Kilometer & Field Failure)
- * Customer satisfaction index monitoring.
- * Building & maintaining healthy business relations with corporate clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms
- #QMS Management -
- * MR of the companys quality system in demonstrating and documenting conformance.
- * Meet compliances like IATF 16949, EMS 14001, OHS 45001 & ISO 27001 (ISMS / TISAX).
- * Second Party Auditor at Vendor & Supplier End included VDA 6.3 & VDA 6.4.
- Other Requirements-
- Good experience in Automotive gear manufacturing quality.
- Leadership quality.
- Excellent Communication, good academic record,
- * Lead TQM activity.
- Candidate- BE/ B. Tech or ME / M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 18+ yrs of experience in Automotive Gears manufacturing with Quality function.
- Good Communication and presentation skills.
