2) Leads HR function strategic guidance & having full command of a professional field
3) Integrates expert knowledge of own discipline with extensive knowledge of other disciplines in order to develop function road map and strategy
4) Creating Organization, Team Structure, Skillset & Retention of E-Mobility vertical
5) SME Development for Tacit Knowledge
6) Organization Fitness & Cost
7) People Capability, Talent Impact & Retention
8) Sustenance of People Culture, Capability building and Critical skills
9) Organization Culture, Inclusion & Diversity, Employee Engagement
10) Succession Planning and Leadership Development
11) Capability development by grooming future leaders and chart the long term path for the organization
12) Conducting performance appraisals, performance feedback and handling work allocations
13) Administrative Governance & Infrastructure Management
Candidate - MBA/MSW from Tier-1 Institute
Experienced professional with more than 20+ years of work experience post professional qualification.
Skills Required :
- Strategic Vision & Planning of Human Resource (including Admin and CSR)
