• 12) Conducting performance appraisals, performance feedback and handling work allocations
• 13) Administrative Governance & Infrastructure Management
• Candidate - MBA/MSW from Tier-1 Institute
• Experienced professional with more than 20+ years of work experience post professional qualification.
• Skills Required :

• Strategic Vision & Planning of Human Resource (including Admin and CSR)
• People-management, talent management, and budgeting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Conflict-resolution and negotiation
• Strong supervisory and strategizing skills
