Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including tasks such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping pharmaceutical products. It will be your duty to maintain accurate inventory levels, implement proper storage conditions, and conduct regular stock checks to ensure product quality and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery schedules with distributors and customers, optimizing delivery routes for efficiency
- Manage relationships with transportation providers, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance with delivery timelines
- Monitor shipment tracking systems, identify potential delays, and address issues promptly
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of shipments to maintain product integrity
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical logistics and distribution, preferably in a wholesale or distributorship role
- Thorough understanding of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics software
- Ability to manage budgets and cost control measures
Company Details:
The job requires you to work in person and involves full-time commitment. Additionally, you will need experience in warehouse management systems, transportation management, compliance and regulatory practices, customer service, cost management, team management, pharmaceutical logistics, and GDP regulations and compliance.
