US Accountant

We are hiring an experienced US Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our California-based ecommerce company. The ideal candidate must have direct experience working with US accounting, state compliance, and ecommerce financial processes.

• Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and reconciliation using QuickBooks Online
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle US Sales Tax & Use Tax filings, preferably for California
• Maintain accurate general ledger, AP/AR, vendor payments, payroll entries, and expense tracking
• Manage ecommerce accounting workflows including
  
  Shopify, PayPal, Stripe, Amazon, etc.
• Coordinate with US finance team, auditors, and external agencies when required
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards and state-specific tax regulations
• Support budget planning, cost tracking, and forecasting

• Mandatory: Minimum 35 years of hands-on US Accounting experience
• Must Have: Experience in California tax filing (Sales & Use Tax)
