About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Influencer Marketing Sr. Executive/Asst Manager to manage our influencer campaigns across multiple platforms.
You will play a key role in strengthening our brands community of advocates by building strong influencer relationships, driving engagement, and delivering measurable results.
Working closely with the content, brand, and growth teams, you will ensure our influencer initiatives are impactful, creative, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.

- Build and manage long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies.
- Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, brand, social, growth) to ensure campaigns are consistent with brand identity and messaging.
- Track campaign performance metrics, measure ROI, and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and costs with influencers and agencies.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, cultural moments, and platform innovations to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in D2C, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in influencer and campaign performance tracking tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Passion for makeup, beauty, and creator culture, with an eye for identifying impactful content and creators.
Working Conditions
Environment: Office setting.
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
